A restaurant concept that echoes its surroundings, Terra sources its ingredients locally. the city of Palencia is the largest landscaped area in Spain, and also the hometown of founding chef Roberto Terradillos.

Chef Roberto trained in the kitchens of internationally renowned restaurants including Heston Blumenthal’s Fat Duck, and the Roca Brothers’ El Celler de Can Roca. He is also responsible for renewing Michelin Stars at El Serbal in Santander, and at the Hotel Valdepalacios in Toledo.
